These are the matching trousers for the M1943 Field Jacket.  This is the modified model with "Airborne Division" style canvas cargo pockets and tie straps affixed to the legs.  Some hemming may be required for proper fit.

We had our own beautiful windproof 100% cotton sateen fabric custom woven for us to the correct fabric spec with a luxurious sheen to the face.  You will note that the US army made these uniforms with the fabric's back (dull) side out which we do as well.  After weaving, we finish our fabric in an authentic shade of Olive Drab military spec dye that was commonly representative of jackets from the WWII era.  We also apply an authentic vintage type of durable water repellency finish THAT IS NOT SILICONE OR TEFLON BASED.  These modern DWR treatments leave the fabric feeling too soft for military uniforms and don't result in a heftiness to the garment as they should.  Buttons used are custom solid color cast in the authentic shade, size, and style.  Thread used is 100% cotton dyed to an authentic shade with some OD shaded polyester thread used in the interior construction for strength.  Our trousers even include authentic contractor pocket labeling.  An inked sizing stamp is placed on the waist band lining.  We are confident that our trousers are the most authentic in pattern cut, fit, appearance, construction, and durability.  No one makes these quality uniforms as authentically as we do!
