This set consists of two long straps (about 44") for use with the medical kit suspenders to help carry the load when carrying the litter. Made from cotton web and mil spec hardware. (Note that we used govt. surplus used-good snap hooks on this item. Most are near new condition. But, some snap hooks may have some surface oxidation but the strength is not compromised.)
