Made in the USA of ultra-soft and comfortable 100% cotton knitted fabric.  Every GI impression should consist of both summer AND winter undergarments.  This item was usually issued as a set with Undershirt, Winter.  The OD shade was first introduced in undergarments in mid-1943.  These are 100% cotton knit with Cotton waistband and trim.   Please note sizing intervals are every 4".  Drawers run roomy but will shrink slightly when laundered.  Order down a size when your measured waist is in between sizes.
