Leggings, Dismounted, M1938, Army Cut-down
These are the shortened "Cut-Down" canvas leggings worn by US Army soldiers while serving in the field specifically in the European Theater of Operations. To the best of our knowledge this field modification was done for comfort/convenience purposes. There is substantial photographic evidence that soldiers all over the ETO shortened their leggings.
We make these in heavy duty robust cotton duck dyed in OD #3 (Not Khaki #1), with authentic eyelets, hooks, custom made laces, and webbing buckles and square tips. Hooks are guaranteed not to pull out.
