This is the Medical Dept issue bag worn by all Army medics. It was used to hold medical supplies, bandages, etc., Includes lacing to shorten the bag. Authentic construction just like the originals. With accurate eyelets, and rings.  We offer this item in both All-OD#3 and OD#3/OD#7 transitional shading.  Please note that some transitional pouches have edge binding in darker shading.  These have slight stitch marks.  CLOSEOUT sold as-is.
