This was the regulation garrison cap or
"Overseas" cap worn by officers with their summer khaki cotton uniform.
A soldier without a cap was considered out of uniform during official
events. All officers below the rank of general were officially
designated as STAFF officers. The staff officer's piping sewn
along the upper edge of the outer band was a mixture of black and gold
braiding. Rank was affixed to the wearers left front.
Details include 100% Cotton Twill cloth dyed in the appropriate shade of
khaki #1, Acetate lining, and
genuine leather headband.
Sizes that we offer are indicated in the drop down menu are the only
ones that we have available. We refer to this style of cap as the
"GI" style.
Price $40.00 each.
