    Our USMC Herringbone Twill utilities are made from our own American made custom loomed material, color-fast dye finish, and copper buttons. Our fabric is the MOST authentic fabric available. It is TOTALLY accurate in weave, weight, color, and finish. Our fabric will not show sunlight through it when held up to the sun as with our competition. Our HBT is so authentic that even those associated with the new national USMC museum cannot easily tell the difference between our fabric and original fabric. The color will last much longer with our more colorfast dye process. You will have no worries about our fabric turning white or some other color from washing or exposure to the sun. You can "Salt them up" as much as you like. In addition, our USMC buttons are made out of copper with an antique copper finish. Better material, better dye, and better buttons are continuing to make our utilities the best in the world.
    Our Herringbone Twill Fatigues and utilities are the best value you can buy. We recently had the opportunity to compare the weight of the HBT fabric used by one of our competitors on their camo USMC utility trousers. The comparison was fair as both were the same style and size and never washed or worn. Our trousers weighed in at 26% heavier then theirs. That's almost a quarter of the weight. Our fabric was custom matched to original samples for weight and construction. This factually proves that our fabric is more robust and will hold up longer to serviceable conditions.

Recently released is a film called FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS. This film can also be read about here. The film is based on the book of the same name released a few years ago. It depicts the lives of the original flag raisers whom raised the US flag atop Mt Suribachi. We have the honor and pleasure of providing various articles including field jackets, footwear, and headwear for this film. A very limited quantity of utilities were also provided to some of the key members of the film production. A photo of Director, Clint Eastwood, can be seen in the website link above wearing our utility cover.

Pattern 1941 Marine HBT Utilities These are the infamous marine HBTs that Marines wore as they fought the pacific war. We take our excellent Herringbone Twill to produce these uniforms in the correct color. The shirt features the famous Eagle Globe & Anchor on the breast pocket in the correct solid black image. This logo is applied by silk screen...not an iron-on or rubber stamped image. We sell two styles of trousers which are both typical of the WWII style. One has the patch-pockets on both front and back pockets. The other has patch rear pockets and hidden-style front pockets. Our fatigues even include our own reproduction U.S. marine stamped buttons made from copper in an antique copper finish on both the button and tack. Top off the set with a camouflage helmet cover or Khaki "piss-cutter" garrison cap. Both our USMC utility trousers are authentic for the first issue HBT utilities. Our hidden pocket and patch pocket style trousers both appeared simultaneously in 1941. Both patch and hidden pocket styles had exterior visible waist bands, and the hidden pocket style included a watch pocket. In 1943 the USMC developed an alternate hidden pocket style trousers which eliminated the watch pocket, and made the waistband invisible inside the trousers. We made a very limited run of USMC utilities in white HBT fabric as used by the messmen of the Marine Corps. We automatically assume that orders for USMC utilities will be filled with our standard USMC olive shade, unless otherwise annotated by the customer in the comments section. Our helmet covers are now made either with or without foliage slits. We follow original Marine Corps specs to install foliage slits authentically. Please specify in the comments section of the order whether or not you prefer your helmet cover with or without foliage slits. Some historians claim that the foliage slits are a feature unique to earlier manufactured helmet covers, and the slits are typical of later dated helmet covers. It is difficult to confirm this simply because the original specs used to manufacture the helmet covers are dated 1942 and include a section to install foliage slits. Therefore is it possible to assume both covers with slits and without slits were used since from the beginning. We have competitors that offer replica uniforms made in other countries such as China, Pakistan, India, and Mexico. We know that serious historians and veterans expect American made quality for the uniforms they will wear with pride. Historians and veterans want to look good and our products will deliver satisfaction through and through, and stitch by stitch. In actuality the two large front pockets on the jacket were designed for flotation bladders used in amphibious assaults. Marine Khaki Cotton Uniform Our Marine Khaki Uniform is made from two materials. The shirt is accurately replicated using a 100% cotton shirting broadcloth that is lightweight and color matched and very comfortable to wear. The trousers are made 8.5 oz khaki cotton twill in the correct shade of mustard/khaki. Both are constructed authentically with solid light brown plastic buttons and with the distinctive tri-pointed pocket flaps on the shirt, characteristic of USMC style. Marine Camouflage Shelter Half These are authentically constructed using tough-durable cotton duck printed with authentic colors, correct seams, button holes, grommets, and twisted cotton-rope loops, and all other details. The buttons used are authentic replica double-sided sunburst buttons enameled in OD. We use 100% cotton tight-weave shelter duck with the authentic U.S. camouflage printed on both sides for these shelter halves. Forming a roll around the field pack this shelter half was an essential part of a Marine's field equipment. Our shelters are made correctly with authentic double sided olive sunburst buttons. Marine early style khaki Shelter Half The early style shelter half was made with a single end closure similar to the Army's early style shelter half. Basic dimensions of height and interior space are same as the camouflage version. Color of the shelter canvas is khaki-olive. We used 100% cotton thread, cotton twisted ropes, blackened brass grommets, and our authentic double-sided olive sunburst buttons. Marine Camouflage Rubberized poncho We authentically replicated the USMC camo poncho for our customers. This is a rubberized poncho and completely waterproof (Not Scotch guarded!). Beautifully reproduced this poncho is hardly distinguishable from an original. It has the same appearance, feel, and performance of a real wartime poncho. Spend your money wisely on American Made boots made just like they were 60 years ago. No need to worry about cracked soles and dry rot anymore! Our boots come from the Corcoran factory here in the USA (Yes there is a Corcoran factory!).
Features include WWII style high strength rubber and leather soles and heals, high strength steel shanks, genuine Goodyear leather Welts, Top grain leather in the authentic colors, drum dyed and fully struck-through smooth in/rough out leater on Boondockers, 100% Cotton thread and Laces, and top grain leather mid-soles.
