When emailing us for status inquiries please inform us of how and when the order in question was placed, what the items ordered are, and the name the order was under. This will greatly speed up our replying time. Also, we have filters in place to remove spam from our email traffic. We have found some customer emails that were mixed in with junk mail.
If a customer has an urgent status request or other urgent business issues to communicate please call us by telephone. This is the most reliable way to contact us. Relying on email messages for critical communication is not advisable. Thank you for understanding.Back to Main Page.
