When  emailing us for status inquiries please inform us of how and when the order in question was placed, what the items ordered are, and the name the order was under.  This will greatly speed up our replying time. Also, we have filters in place to remove spam from our email traffic.  We have found some customer emails that were mixed in with junk mail.  If a customer has an urgent status request or other urgent business issues to communicate please call us by telephone.  This is the most reliable way to contact us.  Relying on email messages for critical communication is not advisable.  Thank you for understanding.

Please be aware that although we make every effort to reply to our emails quickly, sometimes we cannot answer all of them as fast as we would like. In order to streamline our email replying process we ask our customers to keep emails short, simplistic in nature, and inclusive of all pertinent information. Please read this website thoroughly before inquiring with specifics. We would be happy to answer any questions over the phone at the phone number listed above.  It really helps us when replies are made when the old messages are quoted.  Leave the old message content in replies so that can follow the progress of email messages.
